The reharsal space is pprox. 900 square feet, with Air conditioning and heating. Three separate areas consisting of lobby/office/waiting area, a stage and an audience or work area (click images to see pictures). Facility has separate stage and stage door, and stage curtains. Stage is raised and made out of wood. Stage lights are center stage and down stage all across on dimmers. Audience and work area seats 12-25 people if needed. If not small couches are against house walls.

The space has sound proof walls and 2 Large closets, with carpet all around. Rental comes with an office, lobby/waiting area, and long hallway Can be used as waiting area. There are bathrooms outside office/lobby, and there is parking for director/ casting/ producer or teacher outside lobby, right behind building. There are large inexpensive parking across Pico Blvd., with lots of cafes and restaurants on same block!
