2002 HOLLYWOOD
ACTORS STUDIO - POLICIES & COURTESY RULES
Effective
Sept. 15, 2001
All
new student must read our policies, fill out and submit this form
accepting our ground rules.
Thanks for having chosen to train with Hollywood Actors Studio. You
are or soon will be enrolling in a professional training of high caliber
which requires equally high standards of participation. My aim is to
assist you in reaching your artistic & professional goals. Please read,
initial and sign the following simple rules. They are intended to greatly
facilitate your participation and success while studying with us. The
studio trains actors for the professional arenas of Film, TV, Theatre,
Commercials & Voice Overs. In addition, the studio offers programs for
public speakers and performing artists such as singers, dancers, musicians,etc..to
improve their performance skills, presence and overall skill level,
communication abilities and self-expression. Although most people report
noticeable breakthroughs in other areas of their lives, therapy is not
the aim of this training. I expect students to be in class to train,
grow and successfully break new ground artistically, in their craft
and in their career; whatever rich and useful by-products are derived
from this style of training, they are but "icing on the cake." ____

1-CLASS FEES ARE PREFERRED ON A QUARTERLY BASIS.
You can however pay monthly. Please pay your tuition on time. Class
tuition is due on the 3rd class of the month for the following month.
The same goes for privates or weekend workshops or any program and services
the studio offers. In some instances specific payment deadlines are
communicated to participants. In any case all fees are due prior to
sessions. A credit card payment is preferred and a valid credit card
number is required to be left on file with us when you register. Please
let us know in advance what payment form you prefer. A credit card is
never charged without your approval. There are 4 classes scheduled each
month for each class, unless you are notified by phone. When a fifth
class occurs in a month it is skipped either at the beginning or at
the end of that month. Class can from time to time run a little shorter
or a little longer depending on the work to be covered and how many
people are in class that evening. Should the Studio cancel a class it
can be made up in another class if it is available or the class will
be made up somehow. I recommend a continuous, minimum 8 to 12 month
participation to fully begin to receive the value available. You can
pay by check, cash or VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMEX. At the time
of registration we ask you that you place a credit card number on file
with the studio. Your card can conveniently be charged monthly to cover
your tuition. There's a $10.00 convenience service charge per transaction
above $180.00 added to your tuition when you elect to use a credit card
for any of the programs. A $7.50 service charge convenience service
charge from $100.00 up to $180.00. A $5.00 convenience service charge
below $100.00 otherwise. If for any reason a credit should be issued
on a credit card, a $25.00 fee applies.____ {x)
